With its innovative and complex architecture, the One Vandam building between Prince and Spring Streets presented a challenging yet exciting installation for Walsh Glass & Metal. The unitized curtain wall was comprised of 787 integrated stone panels, each one a different size, with mullions that did not align vertically. Communication and collaboration between Walsh, the architectural team, general contractor, and all partners was key to the success of the installation. Walsh’s years of experience and expertise with intricate designs enable us to successfully complete such demanding projects to everyone’s satisfaction.
