The building designed by Architects ODA, was an old Cast Iron Steel Building.
Walsh Glass and Metal was brought on board to wrap the 12-story condominium residence in a translucent, layered glass skin, Mullions and Framing were provided by Leed Himmel inc and the glass was sourced in from Germany’s Saint Gobain Glass. The curtain wall is offset from the outside surface of the cast iron façade to create a Unitized CW effect.
The facades also included electric operable vents provided by Schuco and large tilt and turn windows by thermo roll both installed by Walsh, the terraces on the building has Glass rails provided by CRL and Oldcastle and installed by Walsh.
